Harvest Festival is Cheyenne Traditional School’s annual Fall “Family Friendly” Carnival. It’s a ton of fun, and it’s also a great way to get to know other Cheyenne Families. This annual event is an evening filled with games, activities, crafts, food, rides, prizes and more! And the best part is that everyone is welcome! So bring your family and friends and join us for Harvest Fest!
We have several ways you can enjoy and support Harvest Festival!
Wristbands are $20 and tickets are 25/$10 or 50/$20. (At the door wristbands are $30 and tickets are 20/$10 or 50/$25.)
To purchase your tickets, click HERE to log in to your PTO account. Then select REGISTER FOR CURRENT EVENTS from the pull-down menu “What would you like to do?”.
Tickets, Wristbands or BOTH
Wristbands may be used for all Harvest Fest attractions except all food, beverage, PTO Merchandise, Teacher’s Experience Corner/Raffles, Photo Booths, and Glow Items for purchase.
Tickets may be used for all Harvest Fest attractions and food, except Food Trucks (cash or credit card only).
Many families find wristbands to be most economical for participating in multiple games and attractions at Harvest Fest, but they also purchase a limited number of tickets for the Teacher’s Experience Corner Raffle and food. (Food trucks are cash or credit card only.)
Tickets and wristbands will be delivered to your child’s classroom the week of Harvest Fest.
FAMILY or BUSINESS SPONSORSHIPS – Do you want 2000 people to see your business? Harvest Fest is a huge undertaking and Cheyenne has always viewed it as a FUNdraiser. Please consider helping us to underwrite this great family event with a FAMILY or BUSINESS SPONSORSHIP. Starting at only $150, you can sponsor a game booth and receive 5 additional tickets to spend at the event.
You can become a FAMILY sponsor by clicking HERE and logging in to your PTO account. Then select REGISTER FOR CURRENT EVENTS from the pull-down menu, “What would you like to do?”.
Thank you in advance for your generous support!
The 2017 Cheyenne Harvest Festival is fast approaching and we need YOUR HELP! It takes over 300 volunteer hours THAT NIGHT to help make it a fun and successful evening. We get many student volunteers, but need parents to help also!
In addition to Set up and Clean Up shifts, there are three 1 hour shifts (5 pm – 8 pm) and plenty of booth and game areas to fill. Please consider donating 1 hour of your time to help out! If you have a student who needs volunteer hours, they may also sign up directly on this website and bring the sign-off sheet to the volunteer check-in table).
